Since 1979, Kolar has designed and built new and remodeled, exterior and interior waterscapes incorporating landscaping and lighting. Only natural rock and stone is utilized and is mined from rock quarries located throughout the United States, and beyond.

Beautiful designs have put Kolar on the map for natural rock waterscapes that include one-of-a-kind projects for private homes and commercial properties in Florida, Texas, Arizona and California. His commercial work is featured at the entryway waterfall fountain at Sawgrass Country Club's Beach Resort in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL; entryway and lobby waterfall fountains at Holiday Inn/Baymeadows in Jacksonville, FL; lagoon waterfalls at the Tortuga Club in Grand Cayman, B.W.I., and poolside waterfalls at Hotel Sofitel in Houston, TX, just to name a few.

Projects also include stone waterscapes at the home of General Norman Schwarzkopf and at the homes of numerous professional athletes including pool and spa waterfalls at the custom-designed home of Jacksonville Jaguars player Kevin Hardy. Kolar's waterfalls also grace numerous builder showcase homes such as the American Cancer Society SHOW House, as well as the world-renowned Safety Harbor Spa and Fitness Center.
